about parkmind
Is Parkmind part of Disney?
Nope! Parkmind is an independent planning app and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. We just happen to know our way around the parks pretty well.
Which parks does Parkmind plan for?
Parkmind currently plans for four theme parks in Florida: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe are coming to Parkmind in 2027!
Is Parkmind available on Android?
Not just yet! We’re launching on iPhone first, with Android following soon after. Keep an eye out for updates as Parkmind grows.
your trip
How does Parkmind know what my family will enjoy?
You tell us. Parkmind asks about the people in your group, including ages, heights, interests, energy levels, what you want to experience, what you’d rather avoid and how you like to spend your day. We combine that with park information and practical rules to work out what makes sense for your group, not just what’s popular.
Can I change my plan after I’ve made it?
Absolutely. Your plans aren’t set in stone. If your trip changes or you change your mind, head to your profile, scroll down to Change my answers, make your changes and regenerate your itinerary. Parkmind will rebuild your plan around your updated preferences. The only thing that can’t be changed is your trip dates once they’ve been locked in.
Can I change my trip dates?
Trip dates are locked in once you save your trip. If your dates change, you’ll need to start a new trip with your new dates. If you’ve selected incorrect dates by accident, please contact us. Contact us
Do I need to use Lightning Lane?
Nope. Lightning Lane is completely optional, and you can use Parkmind without it. Your personalised park plan is built independently, so your day doesn’t revolve around Lightning Lane. If you do decide to use it, Parkmind can help you work out how to make the most of it. Traditional standby queues are still available at Walt Disney World attractions and experiences.
Does Parkmind book Lightning Lane for me?
No. Parkmind helps you work out which Lightning Lane passes to prioritise, what to book and in what order. You’ll make the actual purchases and bookings yourself through the parks’ official app, where Lightning Lane passes are purchased and managed.
Does Parkmind use live wait times?
No. Parkmind uses typical and peak wait times for attractions rather than live queue data. This means you can plan ahead before you travel, without needing to know exactly what the queues will look like on the day.
Can I plan more than one trip?
Of course! Your trips are saved in My Trips, each with its own plan. So whether you’re planning your next adventure or looking ahead to another visit, you can switch between them whenever you need to.
plans and payment
Is Parkmind a subscription?
No subscriptions here! You pay once per trip, choosing the plan that suits you. If you want more detail in your itinerary later, you can upgrade without paying for an entirely new plan.
How do upgrades work?
Easy. Just pay the difference between your current plan and the one you want. Your more detailed plan will unlock straight away, so there’s no need to start again.
Where do I pay?
Payments are made in the Parkmind app through the Apple App Store.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policy. You’ll need to submit your request directly to Apple.
account and privacy
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app through Settings. When you do, we permanently delete your account, trips, plans, favourites and purchase records straight away. Copies held in our secure backups are removed automatically within 7 days. Your payment history is held by Apple, not by Parkmind.
What do you do with my data?
We use your information to help build a plan around your trip, your group and your preferences. For the full details of what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it, have a look at our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy
