Parkmind builds a day-by-day Walt Disney World plan from the answers you give us. This page explains what we collect to do that, why, and how you can see or delete it.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see your password itself).
Trip details: dates, number of park days, who's travelling, planning style, energy level, interests, accessibility and sensitivity preferences, dining choices and Lightning Lane preferences — everything you enter in the trip builder, used to generate your itinerary.
Some of these answers can reveal health-related information — for example a mobility need, or a ride restriction because of pregnancy. We use them only to keep unsuitable rides out of your plan. You choose what to enter, and you can change it or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Notifications: if you allow notifications, the app schedules booking reminders and a countdown on your phone itself, and registers a push token for your phone so we can send you messages about your own trips. The token is not shared for advertising, and you can switch reminders off in Settings, which also removes the token.
Your favourites — rides, shows and dining you've saved.
Purchase records: which plan you bought and when. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To build and save your itinerary, remember your preferences between visits, and let you pick up a saved trip on any device you're signed into. We don't use your data for anything beyond running the app — no ad targeting, no selling data to third parties.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Parkmind, each only for the job described. We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising.
Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in. Vercel hosts the website and our servers, so requests to Parkmind pass through it. Resend sends our emails (confirming your address and resetting your password), so it receives your email address. Expo delivers push messages to your phone through Apple, so it receives your phone's push token and the message. Sentry receives crash and error reports from the app — your device model and operating system, the app version, your approximate location from your IP address, and technical detail about what went wrong — so we can find and fix problems. Any screen recordings it takes for a crash have text and images masked. Apple and Google process in-app purchases and, if you install through them, run TestFlight or a similar beta channel.
Keeping it secure
Your data is protected by row-level access rules on our database — your trip and account information is only ever readable by you. Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted.
Your data, your choice
You can change your name or password any time from Settings. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your account, trips, itineraries and favourites straight away — there's no way to undo it, and no data is kept afterwards beyond what the law requires us to retain (for example, records Apple or Google keep of a completed purchase).
Children
Parkmind isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
