Parkmind

Terms of use

Last updated 30 September 2026

By creating an account or using Parkmind, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What Parkmind is

Parkmind is an independent trip-planning tool for Walt Disney World. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by The Walt Disney Company. Park hours, crowd levels, wait times, ride and dining information change without notice — we do our best to keep them accurate, but they're estimates and guidance, not guarantees. Always check official Disney sources before you travel.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and give us accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and purchases

Some features unlock with a paid plan, bought entirely through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems. Refunds, billing questions and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we can't issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Parkmind — no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or trying to disrupt the service for other guests.

No warranty

Parkmind is provided "as is." We work hard to make sure itineraries, wait times and crowd predictions are useful, but we don't guarantee they're accurate or that the app will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Parkmind isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including a missed reservation, ride closure, or a trip not going as planned.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that misuses the service or breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
